Shipping Franchise Program

What is provided as part of the SUPPLY POINTe franchise system?

As you’re starting your shipping franchise, we will provide up to five days or headquarters-based training. We can also provide additional onsite assistance in your territory upon request, for an additional fee. We’ll also present you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business properly on a day-to-day basis, and we’ll be there to provide remote support, answer questions, and provide ongoing guidance.

What experience do I need to become a SUPPLY POINTe franchise owner?

We do not require you to have prior experience in the logistics or shipping industry; we can teach you what you need to know to run your SUPPLY POINTe business. We are primarily seeking single-unit, start-up franchise owners who can bring their sales and customer relations skills to the table. We require that franchise owners be fully involved in daily business operations from the start, and remain involved as the business grows. We can also offer special incentives to qualified military veterans. Above all, we look for people who have a proven track record (at least five years) in sales and who are trustworthy and dedicated.

How much will the SUPPLY POINTe franchise investment cost me?

The projected initial investment range for a single start-up franchise ranges between $80,000 and $156,500. This investment amount includes an initial franchise fee of $31,500 and a territory fee of $15,000. As with any new business venture, it’s important that you have the capital needed to adequately fund your new business.

Are there other ongoing fees paid to the franchisor?

Franchisees will pay a royalty rate of 25% of gross income revenues on sales. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of services, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades.

Are there any advertising fees?

You must spend a minimum of 2% of gross revenues toward local marketing within your territory. And, you will be required to contribute up to 2% of gross margin revenues into the system marketing fund. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the SUPPLY POINTe brand and fund the creative costs to develop local franchise marketing materials and campaigns.

Is financing available?

We do not offer direct financing to franchisees. We may be able to provide references to qualified financing or lending resources, on a case-by-case basis.

What is the term of the franchise agreement?

The initial term of your franchise agreement is five years, with two additional successor agreement options of five years each. Please refer to our FDD for renewal periods that extend beyond these terms.
